Well I have not blogged in forever - just been busy with everyday nothingness really - however i wanted to show off our lovely home which we have been working on since we moved in. We still have a lot to do - including the fireplace surround and remodeling the kitchen (new counters and back-splash and dishwasher are well overdue - but will have to wait until next year)

We love our lounge room - and we had the entire brown wall remodeled to include the built ins, previously it was all tiled and we think the two giant tiled holes were for wood. (it is a gas fireplace though so really it made no sense to have the holes in the wall at all)Our lounge room from the foyer, Brad and J chillin out to Wow Wow Wubsy. I made the curtains
Hallway to the office and kids rooms
Office -
Guest room - to become babies room wardrobe - it is painted a light green.

At the moment my mum is staying - so the baby will move in after she heads back to OZ.

Jackson's room - animals are his obsession and he sleeps with a monkey, giraffe, elephant and butterfly.

Master bath - it has two sinks and seperate shower

Guest bath

Now this is our room - and it does not look this blue in real life - - my camera is overexposing and making everything look brighter than it is. It is my favorite room and i find i relax as soon as i walk in - especially with my watercolor painting of my home town beach (painted by my sister in law Angie) I love everything about our room - although at the moment it has a bassinette and makeshift changing area in the corner.
I had no idea this picture was this crooked! I will fix it.
Laundry

Dining area off the kitchen - i made the curtains in here too. and i made the boy as well!
The minivan - welcome to the second half of my life!
Go Socceroos!!
So with all the painting I've done over the past few months, and prep work for the baby - we are now slowing down, and getting ready to meet our beautiful new baby.
I am having the baby on the 10th - just 4 days away and you cant' half tell - this photo was taken this morning - and yes that is a maternity top!

Christal, you are HUGE. You really look great, just very pregnant. Thank you for posting photos.

I really like the brown color with the green in your lounge room. Everything looks nice.

I'm ready to see all of it and you in person again.

Hi Christal

Your house looks great. So do you and your family. Goodluck with the birth. I hope all goes well and look forward to seeing photos of the new bub.

Oh Christal...you make my body hurt! You've managed to stay quite pretty AND actually in a good frame of mind during the whole pregnancy. It's ALMOST over...
