Splashing fun. These are a few more pics that I wanted to show off (this is Christal blogging). He is getting too big for his bath, and prefers to swim about in a full bathtub like at Lollie and Gungy's house. He loves bath time and I often let him kick about on his back and then on his belly while he bobs up and down in the water. His bathtime follows his evening feed then he goes off to bed, he never settles right away, and prefers to play with his blankie and talk to the fairies for a while - this is too cute to listen too. He will then grizzle a bit - time for dummy - then he falls asleep. We still wake him for a late evening feed around 1o at night, although I'm sure Brad wont mind me telling you all that he actually fell asleep a few nights ago and FORGOT to feed the baby! He still slept untill 6 in the morning but was REALLY hungry then! :) Joy i'm sure does not believe us that our little 9 week old sleeps so soundly all through the night, and my dad (Gungy) thinks it is because we just don't hear him wake up as we are in another room, whatever the reason we are not complaining. We are just enjoying the peaceful nights, however I'm sure another growth spurt will come on in soon and all will change again.

Bob - I have to say that the Harding gene pool is just too strong for the Harris family - this little one is brown haired and definatly not blue eyed - Brad still holds out hope that his eyes are turning back to blue but I am not so sure. He is getting quiet a mane of chesnut brown hair that glows deep golden in the sunlight.

Christal, I don't always understand your terms "He will then grizzle a bit - time for dummy" but it sounds like he's doing really well. I can't hardly wait to give him a squeeze!
What a life! lucky little (?) Jack! Better start thinking about that baby food in jars real soon...love, b/d/p
Oh, I'm so jealous of the sleeping through the night thing. Love the pictures!
I talked to Brad last night and he told me "dummy" is what Americans would call a pacifier. Of course it's obvious now: in the land of Australian rules rugby they have no use for words like pacify or pacifist; but a word for fake tit is essential! Love, B/D/P
Sorry about my slang - I forget that our words are so different - i laughed out loud at Bobs comment on fake tits! As for the baby food in jars I reckon he will be on cereal in a month as he is a hungry boy! I am sure he grows overnight! Most of his one peice rompers I cant do up at the bottom or else they are strectched out so much it looks like he is in a straight jacket! I have begun putting them on but not doing them up at the bottom, so they are more like a long t-shirt.
You reckon? Looks like you're picking up some American slang too!
